Really don't like leaving a bad review as I'm sure there are some great stylists here. I'm afraid the stylist I had needs more training on listening to the client. After her initial cut which was not great, I decided to be bolder than usual, and very apologetically & politely asked her to adjust the cut, as it wasn't really what I'd asked for & tbh was not a great shape. Her response made me feel really awkward and like it was such a hassle - not because she overtly said so but more because she did so in total silence & didn't reassure me when I repeatedly said I really didn't want to be awkward. She cut off more in a bit of a rush, in silence. Basically I gave up in the end, I'd asked her not to cut off the length at the front, let alone add layers, which she'd completely ignored, & I didn't want any more coming off. She was so lovely up until the point I questioned the cut - it just got super awkward. Left so disappointed. The more I look at it the more cross I am, it just looks bad! Have to tie it back to cover it up :(

I have never had anyone correct my colour and cut my hair as beautifully as Ross. He is exceptionally talented and always keeps you updated during the process. Worth every penny and then some!

Amazing salon, managed to fit me in for a last min colour correction. And went above and beyond to help me. so professional and friendly. Nicky is such a brilliant stylist and I'm in love with my new hair. She made me feel at ease and I will definitely be returning soon for more appointments. Highly recommended.

Been to the Hair Boutique twice now and they have done a brilliant job never let me down. My first appointment in March was to lighten my hair from years of box colour Black to Blonde which is my natural colour. The first appointment Ross managed to get it to a lovely chocolate brown and my second along waited appointment in July thanks to lockdown I eventually have been able to go like an ash blonde. I'm absolutely very impressed with them after years and years of being told no it's impossible to yes sure it will take a couple of attempts but we can get you there. Fantastic service and lovey friendly staff. Thanks again!!
