For transparency we have no relationship with either company or staff.
We did our first virtual tour with Robert Blakeman who was so patient as we had some technical issues and answered as many of our questions as he could. He responded over email very quickly and was professional throughout.
For the sake of transparency I'm a supplier to Sure Property Group. I can hand on heart say Andrew Sharpe is always a gentleman to deal with and is a man of his word. I've always been impressed by SPG's attitude to the industry and their clients.
i have just agreed a rental agreement with Sure lettings and so far has been hassle free. I have been dealing with Jessica Thompson and Robert Blakeman from viewing and through the application and have been kept up to date the entire way
I had a rocky road with Surelet in the early days and was in no way a fan, however since James Norman has been managing the property my son and I live in I have to say the service has greatly improved. Prompt and professional responses to any queries or issues. He deals with matters with understanding and empathy as well which has been much needed in the last few months.
