The interior design service worked really well and our clients where delighted with their service. They had asked if we offered such a service and when I introduced Lemon & Lime they were keen to proceed after their initial consultation. The property had been getting a lot of viewings but the presentation was not the doing us any favours and the feedback reflected this. Once the improvements and alterations were done then it improved the marketing material and the property was sale agreed shortly afterwards. The service provided was professional and I think it is something that you can confidently.

Lemon and Lime Interiors provided me with a fabulous service, which transformed the look of a cold, empty, formerly-rented house, which had been languishing on the market for eight months. Asking them on board was worth every penny of the outlay. Kate Foster not only provided me with excellent furniture, paintings and lamps, in the mood of Colefax and Fowler. Her staging also suggested that this was a house which worked, where one could entertain, study, relax. The dining table was dressed with cut glass and napkins. Towels, bedspreads, lampshades were all beautifully co-ordinated. And Kate’s sense of scale is spot-on. Nothing felt cramped. That was a feat, in a house of relatively cottagey dimensions. Within a week, new brochures were produced. The photographs were stunning. And a week after that, I had two buyers bidding against each other. A deal was secured at four per cent over asking price, and we have now exchanged contracts. The Lemon and Lime team are polite, efficient, and excellent on the phone.
