A wonderful service from start to finish, made everything stress free. Britney really was the key to this, excellent customer service, would definitely recommend and use again.
This agency is a court material. 87 St. James Road in Barton under Needwood, we were going for the property and agreed with the agent that the property would be deep cleaned by move-in-date after previous tenants (for 7 years) left the property just a day before our viewing date. We emphasised to the agent how important it was for us not to start our first day of tenancy with cleaning. The Inventory Report was provided to us 3 weeks later on the day of our move and the condition of the house appeared exactly the same as on our viewing appointment even though in the meantime the agent claimed to have postponed the move-in-date due to getting the house cleaned. Photos were dated 23 Oct, move in date was 24 Oct. Toilet still dirty, huge dead spider still there on the kitchen floor, rooms left untidy. We pulled out the minute we realised it had not been done for us and the conditions agreed were not met. The agent said they would not refund our holding deposit due to it being fees to cover referencing that had already been done. Referencing fees had been banned since 1 June 2019. The house has shown up again on Rightmove as available to rent now (27 Oct) not allowing any time for negotiation on the matter even though we had not come to any agreement on further proceedings and none of the below funds had been processed for refund. We have paid holding deposit, 1 month's rent + 8 days and a deposit equal to a month's rent. The agent was Britney Lewis. Overall, very poor care for customers, if at all. The branch manager has apparently been left in the dark about the whole of this matter and would not take responsibility. Britney referred to various team members as well as the landlord during our communication with her. She mentioned the accounts team, the director and the property manager (was that not herself?). She dreams of collecting holding deposits as a means of pocket money while neglecting potential tenants due to her misleading promises and agreements. Would not rent or buy through this agency even if the property was the dream property.
I have a rental property in which Acquire found me a tenant within 4 days of the let becoming available and now they manage for me with no issues.
Then recently I put a different property on the market and they sold it within 3 days at above the "offers over" price.
I have always found them professional and knowledgeable of both the rental and sales property markets.

Had a great experience getting into my new property, Liam was especially helpful and managed to find us many properties that accepts pets and got us moved into the property only a week after viewing it. cannot recommended these guys highly enough! brilliant work and fantastic customer service!
