Had a delicious brownie and coffee. Took it to takeaway and got a nice tray for the brownies. The decaf coffee was so good I must return to find out what they use!

Great coffee but I wasn’t impressed with the Covid safety measures... They won’t let you use your own keep cups because they don’t want to touch your belongings, which I understand but the alternative wasn’t any better. The person serving us had their hands all over the disposable cup and lid that they made us use instead 🤷‍♀️ I’ve been to other cafes recently who have allowed keep cups and ask you to place it on a tray and no one touches it while the drink is being made or being served, so I didn’t understand the logic here at The Ridge Coffee Shop... The protective screen is also a bit of a token gesture as it’s very flimsy and doesn’t cover the counter. If you’re ordering at the bar you have to wear a mask but if you’re eating in, or walking past the bar to get to the toilet, then you don’t. Again, it makes no sense. I really hope that these issues get ironed out.

If you don't have a mask, they make you stand at the door to order. Very rude way to treat customers, considering they have sneeze shields all of the place and the employees aren't even wearing masks. If it's safe for them not to wear a face covering, and they are in there all day, then how is it unsafe for a customer who will be there for 3 minutes? Ridiculous
