It is actually a small shop. It stocks a limited range especially in the women's category. It is conveniently located in the town centre. Ample parking both free and paid is available.

Unprofessional staff ( teenagers with bad attitude) . It took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and and they didn’t even male eye contact. I was just standing awkwardly. Horrible experience!

Ordered online but through the store in Burton. It didn’t arrive for 2 weeks and rang them asking about my order. They didn’t have any update whatsoever so I needed to ring customer service. The customer service informed order was cancelled and need to go back to the store to get a refund. After 14 days waiting for my order they just said to me it was cancelled. It was supposedly my first purchase from JD sports and definitely the last.

Staff were on what seemed to be when I get there all very young. Waiting for a while at the til to return some bottoms. When we did get service they did apologise. But even refund took a little bit more time. Was asked if I wanted to answer service questions about the service whilst at the til via card machine. Thought that was a bit unfair if the staff know what you scored them .clean and tidy ,music wasn't to loud but lack of staff.
