I hired a car for a one-way journey to Kingston upon Thames but then I had to postpone my booking and put the date on hold before I could confirm when I needed it. The staff at Exeter Airport were friendly, helpful and very professional. I was delighted with the quality of service I was given. Highly recommended.

We rented a car at the airport a week ahead and paid immediately. When we came to pick it up, there was a signpost at the office that the airport office was not occupied and you should call the city office's number to be picked up. We tried to call them from 11 to 11.45 - no one answered the phone! The office closes at 12. As it was summer holidays no other rental car was available! Our holidays were ruined! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

The following is based on my personal experience with Enterprise in May 2020. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS If you are looking to hire a dangerous vehicle with multiple nails in the tyre which could kill you then go to Enterprise. If you want a safe vehicle the based AVOID Enterprise like the plague. Their 'safety' check is rubbish. They provided me with a vehicle which had multiple nails in at least one tyre which according to the AA recovery driver could have exploded at any time, possibly causing a catastrophic crash. Their response to this was abysmal. Customer service at it's worst. Use anybody but Enterprise.

Smooth and easy. Even though I was missing the signs to get directions at the end I found it, got a good service, a good car and easy return. Thank you very much for that! Very friendly staff!
