Excellent service! Everything from the customer service, communications and the quality of the repairs to the damaged company vehicle was superb. Collection and delivery went exactly as arranged and on time. The staff were friendly, professional and well experienced in what they do, plus the reception and workshop were tidy and clean when called in discuss additional work required. Will not hesitate to use their services again for either company or personal vehicles. Recommended!

My vehicle was parked when it was hit by another vehicle causing damage to the door mirror. The drivers insurers use Motofix for repairs. The Exeter branch were unable to carry out any repairs for nearly a month after the accident. They arranged to collect the vehicle by recovery and I was told a.m. After waiting in all morning they arrived at 1155. A whole morning wasted when a quick phone call to inform me would be far more courteous. The damage was slight and required a replacement indicator lens (with in the mirror housing). Motofix took 10 days to replace it, leaving me without a vehicle for all that time. I had no communication or explanation as to why it took so long, and despite my calls to them asking that somebody ring me back with an explanation, to date nobody has! Also, when vehicle was returned, there is 21 unaccounted miles on the speedo.

Great repair, no hassle on drop off or pick up. As there was a delay in repair Tara exceeded my expectation when she took the trouble to ring me back and offered me a hire car which was not originally included with my insurance as my car usually goes to Mercedes where courtesy car included. Great customer care with all staff very friendly. As I run my own business I fully appreciate the importance of good staff and hope Motofix do too!
