Popped down a few nights before to ask for advice as to the appropriate action for my vehicle. Rob and his mechanics listened to the engine advising it sounded like the tappets had gone. He advised a couple of things to try before replacing but didn't guarantee them working. It didn't work so I booked it in. Came down to have my car serviced and tappets replaced. Dropped it down the night before and picked it up by the end of the following day. Greeted by the lovely Kelly and Rob and the team carried out the job quickly and to a high standard. My car no longer sounds like a tractor! He even cleaned the engine bay for me. It looks spotless! Nothing was too much trouble. Will be back. Thank you Rob, Kelly and Team.

Being a single female makes finding a decent garage problematic at best. However after speaking to Antony at euro car parts, I was recommended R W Autos. I literally have never been to a garage who are so kind, professional, conscientious and generous. I would highly recommend this garage. They are by far the best and most trustworthy garage in Exeter. It is rare to find such a place, I’m so glad they were recommended to me by a good friend. They treat you as they would expect to be treated themselves, again that’s rare but so refreshing Thank you R W Autos

I took my car in for a new exhaust system as mine was in a state. After speaking with them they explained the process and gave me all the information I needed to know beforehand. They also rang up on the day as I asked to amend the job slightly and it was no drama at all. They got the exhaust sounding exactly how I'd hoped and I am looking forward to booking my car in here again for a remap! Brilliant customer service aswell. Really did everything they could to help!

I had a custom turbo back system made and fitted and they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, helping with adjustments I wanted and nothing was a problem, great customer service. Thankyou.
