Another great service helping get my van back on the road. Kept me informed and turned it around quickly. Would recommend
Booked in for a free battery check after my car had let me down over Christmas. Definitely needed a new one. There wasn’t one in stock so they sent out for one. Came back and fitted it. Very quick service, Covid safety was adhered to. Battery and fitting seemed a bit pricey but battery is now guaranteed for 5 years and I can drive my car with confidence again. Definitely recommend Halfords
Really pleasant experience & great value. I normally walk into these places like a person with a boiled head as I’m so used to things going wrong, excuses etc. These guys were right on the money, very informed & helpful.
When I went back to get the job done, they were super friendly & efficient.
The staff at Halfords were really helpful in performing the MOT for my vehicle. I was able to book in easily and the member of staff behind the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a speedy process and great value for money.
A mistake was made on the MOT causing my car to fail, but when the mistake was identified they did a free retest there and then. I give them 5 stars as I don't think a service should be judged on any mistake as we all make them, but instead on how they handle and rectify the problem. Top marks. Thanks.
