First visit to salon. Hair cut looks okay but not as good as previous haircuts I have had at other salons... Did not seem as slick/professional as other salons I have been to, with a lot of splashing of water when washing the hair and dirty styling station from previous hair cut. Felt a little rushed as well, as it was the last appointment. Left with a lot of hair on my face at the end. A lot of tugging whilst cutting the hair. I am hoping that the way the hair was cut does not end up with split ends. Overall okay, but I do not think I will return.

I would definitely recommend going to this salon, great service and nice atmosphere. Rob and laney are fab stylists and done a great job with my hair. Very happy customer.

The team at Lazarou are always friendly and considerate, and are doing especially well at the moment given the situation. Its the perfect place if you're a student and want to be careful with your money, and get a decent haircut. However, the last couple of times I have been a little disappointed with the cut, and with the colouring. With the cut it was simply that I didn't think it was worth the money I payed so nothing too bad, but with the colour my hair ended up being red when I had specifically asked for brown. This was due to the pre pigment being red to cancel out where I had dyed it underneath, but the staff didn't seem to consider how the dye would correspond over the top. Considering I payed about £60 for brown hair that I could've done with a box dye its a little annoying, but I will give that the colour is lovely regardless. I just want to say that someone might be more fussy with the outcome, so something to bare in mind in the future:)

When im in cardiff and need a change on my hair for colour or trimming or styling i go to Lazarou Salon and ask specifically for Rachel. Her hands are so skilled and delicate is like magic, very professional kind and creates masterpieces. Thank you Rachel and everyone from Lazarou Salons

Victoria was amazing. I went from very long hair to short hair, showing her pictures of what I wanted and she did exactly that! Will definitely return!
