Misdiagnosed by lady vet then returned 2 weeks later to be told my beloved cat had a week to live. She was then given injection which made her rapidly decline, following day she had to be put to sleep. Overall horrific experience watching her being put down by being held forcefully when there was no need and given back not even in a burial box! Also had previous problems the year previously with same lady who injected her yearly jab incorrectly making her ill.
Would not recommend. Horrifying experience through poor diagnostics and disrespectful treatment of myself and beloved dog. Avoid!
We have been today with our dog Stan for a follow up due to suspected cruciate injury. Very thorough examination by Emma showed that it’s not as serious as we thought. Following up again in a couple of weeks. Always feel safe with treatments and decisions made by Jamie and his team. Thank you.
I’ve been going to Jamie for over 20 years. He has looked after all my animals, I current have 2 dogs, 5 cats, and a bearded dragon! The thing is with Jamie he always put the animal first, he is honest and won’t make you spend your money unnecessarily. I wish I had a dr I trusted as much as my vet!!
I went on with my cat for consultation yesterday. Didn't get any information I didn't know already from the vet, all she wanted to do was changing my cat's diet of course on the food they're selling at the veterinary. And the lady I was talking to isn't cat nutritionist. So I asked her to give my cat a worming pill and no information + one pill cost me almost 50 pounds. I understand that it is money making business which I had example yesterday and I won't be returning.
