Bought item in Scotland and when returned to Devon found a stain on the jumper. Went to Exeter store and very impressed with way they handled my return. No question and exchanged for another item. Excellence customer service.

Very unimpressed with this store, attempting to return wellies that broke on the first time I used them and was refused by the store manager Lucy even though I had a receipt, this was because she wanted the shoes detail cleaned, apparently a few water marks on the side is enough for Joules to discount trading standards. As a result I found myself in the bizarre situation of polishing wellies in a nearby toilet before she graciously accepted the faulty footwear as up to scratch, buyer beware!!

the internet states they are open until 6pm, i have been ringing this lunch time and no answer, I'm not driving all the way to Exeter if they have got what i want in stock, and can't find single items in web site!!
