Clothes are either fab or hideous. Unfortunately staff, while helpful, are just like in Spain and do not rush to serve waiting customers, always senior staff members around doing something on computers or the phone rather than helping bring down lines of people waiting to pay. Just like in Spain, customer service is poor.

The shop itself was brilliant, found everything I wanted to and a few extra bits at some really good prices. I was processing a return which was fairly easy. 15 minute queue outside but couldn't be helped at the moment. Staff were really friendly too, which is always a bonus.

I bought a trench coat from Zara uk and it shrank despite I washed in the recommended program. It was disapointing for me since I loved the coat...

Zara was tidy and all the staff was very nice and helpful, as well they respect social distance, amazing!!!
