Absolutely shocking customer service. In the week they told my mum she couldn't browse so she came away empty handed. I have come to get a voucher, qued for over 30mins; all because the customers are browsing! Apparently browsing whilst with a member of staff isn't browsing. Maybe they could have explained that to my mum when she came in.

I came in today (02/11/2019) asking for an exchange on a reflections charm bracelet and a reflections charm. I was told when I was gifted the bracelet I had a "2 year warranty". Recently the clasp became faulty so I decided to come into my local store to exchange it. I arrived in the store and started to speak to an assistant and she said she "would go and get her manager". I then waited a further 20 minutes to finally be seen by the manager. The manager was no where to be seen the whole time I was in the shop. You would think a manager would be accessible and be on the shop floor? After I explained the situation to the manager AGAIN! She concluded that it was my fault that the clasp was broken, as I have misused the product. I found this very offensive and condescending. The whole time I was in the shop I didn't received one apology. The customer service in the Exeter store was quite simply awful and I am never going to spend my money here again!
