My car had gone into limp mode. Left it with them. Called me an hour later to say it was fixed. Arrived to collect it. I was given an explanation of the problem and a quote for the work required to fix it more permanently. I went to pay for the the work they had done that day and was told it was only about 10 minutes work and payment was not required. How refreshing to find a garage like this in this day and age👍
Excellent service, rescued mum and two young children with broken down car! Responded immediately, arrived within 10 minutes, replaced battery and charged nothing for it, except for cost of battery. Cheerful, helpful, understanding. Perfect service, 5/5. Highly recommended.
Just took my car in for a MOT, asked on the phone when I booked it if they could repair it if it failed the answer was yes, Well it failed and they could not repair it, they gave me some excuse. I used to use this garage quite alot a few years ago for servicing and repairing my old Rover at that time they were excellent and nothing was to much trouble, now by the sounds of it everything seems to be to much trouble.
Don't bother went in to ask if could sort a/c out as seized up and could not drive car. Got my details and told they pop round to have a look and possibly tow to garage. No call no contact. Obviously don't need the business
Had to take care for its annual medical. The staff were friendly and professional. Top service.
