5* Service! After being told my car was a write off (head gasket, alternator and battery failure) by another garage, I came here for a 2nd opinion. A full inspection of the car at Kars and Klassics found the head gasket, alternator and battery to be working fine, Elliott replaced the crankshaft sensor on the car that was faulty and this rectified the issue. Car is now driving like a dream and has saved me hundreds of pounds in repair cost. Reputable business, who will provide an honest and reliable service. Would 100% recommend.

Small family run business who know their stuff. Good diagnostics and very reasonable prices.

My wife and I travelled quite some distance for a long overdue and badly needed break. Shortly before arriving at our destination the brakes on our car started making some horrendous scraping noises, the metal on metal kind of noise that you just know potentially means not just new pads but discs as well, not to mention cost and disruption to our planned travels over our week away. Having contacted a few places, who quoted silly prices and were unable to get the car in to be worked on until the following week, we were lucky enough to come across Kars and Klassics. From the initial phone call to the point of picking the car back up from them after all work had been completed, it had taken approximately two and a half hours and that included the journey there. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they were quick, efficient and very reasonably priced, but most of all they prevented our much needed holiday from becoming a disaster. Many thanks Kars and Klassics!

Kevin has given me such sound advice as I tried to get to know my 90 year old Austin 12/4 , famously suggesting that, as no replacement ‘correct’ starter motor could be found, a Wosp starter from a JCB could be easily adapted to do the trick, which it did. He and son Elliot have since done regular servicing and took on the unenviable task of completely restoring the appalling brakes, almost two weeks stuck on the main hoist, without wheels. The brakes are. they say, as new. I’m sure they are. Never the best feature on a Vintage car Highly recommended skilful father and son team.
