They could work on their customer service. Gruff and unfriendly when dropping the car off. When I returned to collect, although I saw my car being reversed off the ramp and parked, no one was in the reception to give me my bill. So I waited....whilst being treated to hearing a lot of very loud profanity from the mechanics while they worked on other cars. When one of them finally ambled in to deal with my bill, I asked why one of my other tyres was slowly losing pressure. ( I had asked them to take a look at it.) No answer at all was the reply, just the bill thrust in front of me in the same disagreeable manner. A little civility towards their customers would go a long way.

Had issues with Brakes. Called neighbouring businesses who couldn't fit me in. Called North Devon Tyres who told me to "Nip it in straight away" Pulled up expecting new pads/discs. Issue sorted in less than 5 minutes. Very Efficient and Pleasant. None of that scratching/shaking of the head "Ooh, its gonna be a big job!" 5 star service!

8.30 Saturday morning, two replacement tyres. Done in 15 minutes and had not even booked an appointment! Great service and would recommend.
