This was my first visit and I was very impressed. Friendly, efficient and ultra helpful. I am having implants and we kicked off with the scans - all very good and well priced I think.
The booking was easy enough to make. They weren't able to take my call but returned the call quickly enough.
On the appointment date the wait time wasn't long at all.
The staff were polite Covid considerate.
No complaints. Maybe a text reminder a couple days before would have been useful.

I can't rate the friendliness and professionalism of this place too highly. It's not cheap, but I believe it's worth it.. A year or two ago I left to join an NHS practice for the simple reason it was a lot more affordable. The people there were doing their best, but it just wasn't for me.. perhaps I've been spoiled. The staff at Exeter Dental Centre really do take your comfort and peace of mind seriously, and they have the time to listen and explain. The dentists and nurses here have amazing skills and resources and I feel safe in their hands. Which is important as I'm a nervous patient! I can't afford to pay privately for everything, but the practice has its own plans and of course Denplan insurance, to help with costs. Had my first check up yesterday! And came away grateful to the dentist and her nurse for their care, thoroughness and good cheer.
Excellent service and care. One of the few dentist welcoming new patients in Exeter. Will register the rest of my family as well. Thank you so much!
