I went to this store hoping that I would find at least one type of flooring that I’d like, I was amazed by the fantastic selection of both wood and laminate flooring ranging across all levels of price suitable for all households. A really helpful salesman who was only to happy to sell me what I wanted rather that what he thought best. I took the great advice on board and came away extremely happy. Having been to several other flooring places prior to this I only wish I’d saved time and gone there first. Thank you Anthony and colleagues for your professionalism and courtesy!!

I had my kitchen floor done and found the staff extremely helpful and friendly also the guys that fitted my floor were very good and cleaned up everything when they finished

We received excellent products and service from Floor Giants Cardiff. My initial enquiry through Facebook for some LVT led to a supply only of very high quality LVT and insulation which I then fitted and supply and fit of carpet to several rooms. Anthony was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. We conducted business abiding by the Covid measures and Anthony was very proactive around a pending lockdown where he ensured I collected my flooring whilst I was able to travel. The carpet was fitted in an extension which was measured off plan. Once built Anthony came out to ensure everything would go smoothly and ordered the carpet to suit. The fitters were very polite and helpful and did an excellent job. The carpet and fitting is to a very high standard and we are delighted. The best bit of all was that this excellent service comes at a very reasonable cost for both the products and the fitting. The LVT is superb quality and great with the additional underlay. Our kitchen/ diner flooring is now 100% waterproof so very toddler and pet friendly. Thanks for the excellent service Anthony. Look forward to buying from you again in the future.
