Excellent service, gave me great advice and tips over the phone so that I could be totally sure my wash machine was totally defunct. Then listened clearly to my requirements and advised an excellent model which meets everything I require. Delivered precisely on time and within a reasonable time frame. Installed the machine swiftly and precisely offering advice on its maintenence and use, also on the drying machine I have from elsewhere. Then when I thought it couldn’t get any better and expecting to have paid about the same or slightly more than Curry’s, I find it was actually £80 cheaper for the same model.

Probably the best electrical shop in the world. Most recent positive experience after using them for past 20 years was a recommendation by their engineers to use wd40 on a dodgy washing machine lock - total repair cost 2.99. 9 out of 10 other companies would have charged at least 60 quid call out fee. Always reliable always honest and fair prices 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
