Just had my LP12 serviced by Mike and following Ian’s recommendations had a new cartridge fitted and bought some ex demo Dynaudio speakers. Got home and WOW! The old Naim system has never sounded so good. Mike and Ian never ‘do a hard sell’ and based in my experience do not need to as they simply ‘know their stuff’ . Great shop and great service
Rude, walked in a few months back and was looked at like a piece of dirt, I didn't bother explaining my whole system is EAR Yoshino - which was better than anything in their shop. Judged straight away. I just left, no wonder hifi shops are dying.
Quite rude. Popped in for some advice on a record player. Middle aged thin chap in glasses didn't look up from screen when I stood at counter. I asked if he could answer some queries "if you are quick about it". I just turned around and left. Unacceptable really.
A professional, courteous and friendly shop. It's great to have an independent HiFi shop in Exeter.
Took in my Linn Sondek turntable for new cartridge and set up, all done within a couple of hours.
Very knowledgable and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
