One of the earliest Apple stores in the UK and still one of the best! May not be the biggest, but staff support is top notch. Unlike many Apple stores, this one does carry a good range of accessories on the top floor of both Apple and third party products supported by Apple. Business team based here are a real plus and have time for any business large or small to engage with Apple products and get the best out of the for your business - keep up the great work!

Never go, the company has no interest in anything other than making money. They provide that will keep you in their web. Cost of peripherals and updates that debilitated your device are a proved point.

it appears having read some of the most recent comments that my experience is not uncommon. although it's unfair to tarnish the whole store based on the service provided by some staff but there appears to be an issue with the standard of knowledge and general attitude that the management team clearly need to address. i find it unsatisfactory that people part with large amounts of hard earned cash and are not valued the way they should be. fortunately the online support/webshop is of adequate use. really disappointed, suffice to say i will not return to this store and will travel further afield.

Location: Exeter. Princesshay. I called this particular store and Apple support on two occasions to be told that this store was open and allowing purchasing, with no prior advance notice needed. Imagine then being turned away at the door after two 40 mile round trips. Very poor communication from a company who prides itself on such, Thank you for the 80miles of traveling, not to mention the time involved. Very poor service.

Staff welcomed me politely. They have signage & Covid Restrictions in place, including taking client's temperatures prior to allowing access. They CARE about their customers &colleagues safety
