One star is too high. Moved into a property after having to chase the agents repeatedly about my application. Problems with the boiler and a tap, brought to my attention by a neighbour as it was leaking into her property. They fixed it within days, but the landlord (who I've since been informed was turned down by most other agents in the town) is trying to blame me for misuse. They then ask me halfway through my tenancy if I'd be willing to move out because the landlord is ill and wants to move back. Being a decent human I agree, even mid pandemic. I have since learned otherwise this isn't the case, just wants to move back. Over a month later, living in uncertainty I ring asking of I'm required to move out or not and of course, no call back as promised!! Do I have a home or not?!

Not responding to leaks in our rental property which are not only dangerous, but affecting our health. Shameful!

We have just purchased a buy to let property through Welden and Edwards. Their before, during and after service has been superb. Always available and very helpful and friendly. I would totally recommend them.

We have had contact with Weldens & Edward's for several months . We have been extremely let down by this company , we had a offer on our Dream Property for several months and have been left devastated to learn that another colleague within the company had competed a sale on our dream property of a lower price without any contact with ourselves. There is a lack of communication within the company and customer relations which they have admitted. To avoid any disappointment like we have experienced we do not reccomend them .
