Everything was good, apart from the fact that I had to almost beg for a price before my appointment so I would know roughly how much I will spend. Also,when I had my hair done they dyed with bleach my blouse and my pants and they didn't even tell me anything. So, not only I paid 160 pounds for a balayage and a cut blow but also I had to throw my outfit... I don't mind about the money or the outfit but at least they could be more honest...

Absolutely brilliant, such a lovely warm welcome, looked after well with drinks. Couldn't be more pleased with my hair, such a beautiful job, complete transformation from brunette to blonde with a root smudge and will be returning. Thank you.

Really friendly,accommodating and professional hair care and stylist service. Exceptionally good with clients suffering dementia as well.
