I know that we have a pandemic on, but the receptionist might at least have the decency to be reasonably pleasant when asking you to wait outside, when you don't know that that is what you have to do. She is/was thoroughly miserable just now

The staff are professional, kind and compassionate. Everything was explained clearly and the follow up care was brilliant. By far the best veterinary service my cat and I have ever experienced :)

Recently took my dog here to have his teeth cleaned and a minor op on his back. Consultation was informative, pricing, which was reasonable, was well explained, and all questions were answered. Treatment of our dog was excellent, as well as the after care. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic vets practice even in the unsure times we are in at the moment . Catherine Tapp an her team make this practice the best in town. Cares for owner as well as the animals x
