This has been a very strange year for everyone.
I’d like to thank the company for being ultra supportive as we were unexpectedly delayed for 4 months abroad during lockdown.
We didn’t need or want to claim anything but I rang to explain our situation and they were just great.

After needing to cancel my holiday insurance as my holiday was cancelled they offered me a 50% refund without any hassle. The cost originally was perfectly agreeable considering the medical conditions they were covering and I am very happy with the service I received today too.

Called Travel Insurance 4 Medical Chat Line re the covid 19 situation with regard to Annual Policies if you have had to put on hold your foreign travel arrangements during the period of my cover. Query was dealt with very quickly and efficiently and a straight forward answer given indicating that a partial refund would be given. Not only that but hey would arrange that refund without the need for me to make any further type of formal application. Very impressive and will come back to this company once we are able to travel again whenever that may be!
