Came in for an engagement ring today with my partner both members of staff were friendly, attentive, not pushy and gave good customer service. We went to both Goldsmiths and another independent jewellers in Exeter and both failed to even greet us on entry or offer any help. Go to Beaverbrooks you'll get better customer service. From the service we received from each and every member of staff at Princesshay to the range of jewellery, this Beaverbrooks is our go to jewellery shop. We ordered our wedding rings and my fiance's engagement ring. We had a slight issue with the ring we chose, my fiance who was apprehensive to have anything carried out under warranty has had reassurance after reassurance that everything would be under control and taken care of and it has been, with clear communication and updates. When a transaction faces problems it is then that its time to prove your worth, the Beaverbrooks staff have and I thank you. The knowledge shown by the staff in Exeter is second to none across wedding jewellery and watches. Flexible payment options along with great pricing makes Beaverbrooks stand out from the crowd. But more importantly to put a smile on my fiances face is worth every penny. No doubt we will see the staff again soon for our next purchase. Beaverbrooks Exeter, thank you again.

Lovely store and the staff were friendly but I deducted a star on principal. I spent £110 on 2 charms for a Links of London bracelet and they couldn’t throw in 4 jump links for free to connect them to the bracelet. They’re only £1 each, petty I know but I would have told them forget the order if I had time to go elsewhere.

Best jewellers in Exeter by far. Very helpful and friendly staff who are not pushy and really listen to what you are looking for. Would highly recommend their services.
