I recently had a rubbish experience with Lockrite. They fitted a new nightlatch lock, which was the wrong size, put in the wrong place on the door, and fitted so badly the latch kept locking us out.
It took me weeks to get a refund out of them, plus I had to get another company to do the job properly, and fix the mess they'd made to my front door.
If you have multiple sites and reguire a regional or national service, then for all I know Lockrite might be a good choice.
But if you're just replacing a lock for your home, I suggest you simply find online an independent locksmith near you. They need positive reviews to stay in business, plus without the overheads they are likely to be cheaper too!
