Running round it repeatedly was really exciting for my marathon training for Exeter CITY Community Trust, even with the unevenness of the top path. That is, until the dog owners came out and some of them thought the darkness was perfect cover for not picking up. Stinky.

Beautiful park. Riverside park with Skate park for all age groups and plenty of facilities close by

A lovely place along the river and flood relief channel for strolling, cycling or just lying on the grass and relaxing. One of the best parts of Exeter in my opinion. I remember it as a kid when the whole area was a completely wild wasteland and we use to play there and fish in a stream every summer and catch newts,sticklebacks, minnows, tadpoles, etc. Sad all that has now gone forever and is just a memory.
