Paid for 12 hours on the Machine, which was easy and straight forward. after a days shopping disposed of my ticket. 10 days later had a fine for parking even though i paid to park for 12 hours i had a £30 fine. As i got rid of m ticket i had paid for.
Dont use this carpark they want to take your money for parking and fine you for parking at the same time
Really feel let down paid for 2 hours parking in Isca Place and was really watching time to make sure we did not go over and even got back with a bit of time to spare and just recieved a notice that I was over my time! I don't have the ticket it was two weeks ago but I know I was within the time I paid for can't prove it so have to pay £30 now or £60 in 14 days or £100 in 28 days they say I can appeal but I have no proof and all they have is the time in and out, it really is annoying so I will never park there again and I will advise my friends and family of the stitch up and tell them not to us it either they say I arrived at 13:21 and left at 14:51 so I was within the 2 hours which I paid for, but no proof steer clear of this car park everyone they are on the make!!!! I wouldn't rate them at all but it won't let me post with out a review!!!!
Agree with a previous review. Car park locked up at 5pm on a Sunday, the day the Exeter Xmas lights where switched on! On previous years there was always a big sign showing when the car park was going to be closed which was 7pm. So we where locked in and had to catch a train home and another in the morning to collect the car. Luckily I had paid for the parking online so just had to extend the stay. If you look online the site claims to open 24 hours but only the outside area. This should be highlighted and made very clear at the point of entry! Very bad customer care!!
Have had no problems, never know how long I'm there for, so easy to extend when reminder comes through on phone.
Beware - this company acts to catch-out the unwary.
On Sundays they let you purchase a ticket to midnight, but lock the car-park from 5PM so you can't get your car out until the next morning and then they'll charge you £100 fine for overstaying even though your ticket clearly states 23:59 on it.
My photo shows that I purchased a ticket on Sunday 25th Nov and appears to expire at 23:59 that day. Imagine my annoyance when I returned to the car to find it shut-in from 5pm on Sundays.
Not saying this company is dishonest, or a bunch of sharks, but it is the only car park in Exeter to shut so early on a Sunday but appear to be open for longer. Do not use this place.
