I thoroughly recommend Mark Hayward as a personal trainer. I have had a hip replacement and an ankle fusion, so I cannot do squats or jump up and down. Mark has tailored a workout according to my abilities. I feel much fitter, and he motivates me in a gentle, encouraging and inspiring manner. It is not expensive. I have used Mark’s personal training services for almost a year (3 times per week) and I couldn’t be happier! He has helped me tone up and build muscle which has helped with joint pain and he has made me feel stronger and much more confident. I particularly loved how much he is passionate about what he does and he varies up our routine in a way which keeps things fun and very engaging. He is the only reason I absolutely love going to the gym! I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to take their health and fitness more seriously!

I trained with Mark via zoom during the lockdown! Awesome trainer, he knows how to push you and get the best out of you! I would recommend Mark to all! He is very knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and getting you excellent results. See you at Pilates in the future Mark!!!
