Inter-brexit themed relations and dismissive attitude towards a tenant paying upfront, with the expected caliber of support and dispute resolution with another tenant that hasn't been paying at all...The disdainful stance out of the Exeter office was thick and heavy both in person as well as over the phone. Tenants have equal amount of rights as they have obligations, ladies and gentlemen and you have obligations of your own when you reference and take someones business! Otherwise, the security one expects when turning to an agency instead of direct dealings with a landlord goes out the window. And then, what exactly is your justifiable function in exchange for the fees on the market? For any kind of tenancy that has respect, a home or open communication at heart, I couldn't possibly recommend this agency in any way. In (any)business and contractual engagement, meritocracy will always have its day. Be well!

Quite simply the worst letting experience we have ever had. Would avoid using Stags for property rentals at any cost. Disorganised, inefficient and does not look after tenants. Will find as many ways as possible at the end of a tenancy to keep the bulk of your deposit. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Shocking service from Simon Cooper, he took 2 months to return an email , he then blamed covid ?? how long does it take to send an email, covid or not ?? I traveled to Dartington and purchased a property through another estate agency. Would not recommend Stags !!!

Catherine and Nick were First Class from start to finish. I had tried to sell our 5 bedroom house and Holiday Business myself but it was Stags that attracted the family that eventually bought from us and Catherine that earned Stag's commission by chasing every part of the chain every week. Without doubt we would not have had a successful sale without the effort that the team put in. Many thanks Andrew and Jayne
