20 months on and I'm still finding damaged roof tiles and unfixed gutter fastenings. Chris is a nice enough chap but he needs to supervise his workers better and snag check the finished job more critically.
He had to return to 'finished' job three times:
Flat roof replaced but leaked - fixed
Tile hanging over roof membrane upstand dislodged, two visits to make good.
Facias replaced, overflow from roof tank cut off and covered over by new facia. Fixed when I alerted him.
Scaffolding sub contractor broke numerous tiles, only replaced when I brought to attention.
Tiled window cill cracked, still waiting for repair...
And today, I noticed a down pipe the two brackets of which were only fixed with one screw each.
I've just been up a ladder fixing this bodge and discovered two more broken roof tiles.....
Poorly skilled workers inadequately supervised. Sorry, I would not recommend unless drastically improved standards were in place.
Really good service well spoken lads cracks on with the tasks there set b also asked for a few other little bits to be done that they wasn't here to do but still had no problem by helping me and getting the things fixed or repaired I was really happy with the service they provided would highly recommend this roofing company
The company were very professional & productive in starting my roof, the job was professionally finished with polite & well mannered staff.
