Ben responded to my HELP! phone call incredibly quickly, and was brilliantly helpful working out where a leak was coming from, really thorough and thoughtful and friendly. My wife & I were rather sceptical to get hold of a good roofer because of the horror stories that we hear via various media and from the people we know. We had a few roofers came to give us quotes to replace our roof. Most of them were not thorough or gave us any confident or showed professionalism, until we came across Ben Dwenger Roofing Ltd. Ben came to our home & inspected the roof thoroughly took photos and measurements. Within 3 days he presented us with a very detailed quote to replace the entire roof of our house. We agreed on a price and a date was fixed to start the work. Ben kept us informed of the weather conditions and when there was a clear day he came with the scaffolders and the roofers. They promptly carried out removing the old tiles. They left each night fully covering the roof to protect from the rain which was relentless during the time they were here; however, they all persevered and finished the entire job within a week as promised. Ben’s team of staff were exemplary in executing their work professionally & their customer care and courtesy was excellent. They cleared all the debris and left our house clean and tidy. Dwenger roofing co. works to a very high standard with excellent customer care. Their price is very competitive too. The roof of our large garden shed was leaking badly - the torrential rain of the last few months had been cruelly exposing its weaknesses. Dwenger Roofing were one of the few firms who responded to our cry for help, and Ben came very promptly to assess the situation. He was also able to send us a quote very quickly. With the continuing bad weather, we were prepared to wait a few weeks, but I'm happy to say that he has now replaced all the flimsy tacked-on felt roofing with much more substantial torched-on bitumen material.
