The service and advice was great and quite welcomed. I was buy the first pair of shoes for my little girl who is starting to walk. Members of staff directed me to the best shoes for her. Thank you for your assistance.

The first time, We went there without an appointment! Mean time we was queuing, as a que was very long they gave us an info that we can ask for an appointment! I went downstairs to get an appointment. I particularly asked them if they are all right with stock and they keep updating and ordering continuously, and which is the best day to come back, so they are not running out with stock! They were reassured that they constantly restocking! So I made an appointment for Monday! We have to wait again even if we had an appointment, but not too much! We went into the shop hardly they don’t let as to see all the models! A very lovely young girls help us out to misuser my daughter foot. We showed the models of school shoes we are interested it, then she came out with 3 ridiculous totally diferente poor ballerina shoes, and she told that my daughter size is only this 3 type of model is available, from at list 25 type of nice models normally you can choose, but this??!?!? I get very upset after a lot of waiting time. Then they told me, that regarding lock down, factories was closed they can’t order and some of the model are missing! So I just left and say then I will buy from another brand, and I left very disappointed! For curiosity I went up to online Clark’s shop, I find immediately the model we were looking for it! Magically I could order it and they going to deliver with in 3-4 days!!!! I wounding how they can be so fake to tell lies, and sell us their last left over shoes! I never going to go back there again! I prefer to order online from now!!!!!

Fantastic customer service and their shoes are great, but never seem to have my daughter's size in stock as her feet are so narrow :(

Absolutely love this place. My daughter loves it too. Great shoes. Bit pricey but they're always quality.
