Excellent customer service from Daniel. He took his time to match my daughter to the right pair of DM's. Even the assistant on the door making sure there was only 5 in the shop was pleasant and helpful. Not easy times, but you made it as easy as it could be. Thank you

We came to the shop last night just before closing time (5.55PM),to try on some sizes Dr.Martens for my dauther ,and the service was Brilliant. Staff was very patient and understanding. HIGLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The quality of service from Samuel was exceptional he was so knowledgeable and patient especially with me being indecisive couldn't fault his service and was friendly all through the process, would definitely recommend him to anyone
