Fabulous unique handmade shoes, that get better & better with each passing year! My Chuckle Shoes are now about four years old, I wear them almost everyday especially in winter. Brilliant for walking Incredibly comfortable, comparable to your slippers! Well worth the money, they are handstitched with love & expertise. If you are able to visit the shop, do! It is the best experience, and rest assured you will receive a very warm welcome. everybody who works here is enthusiastic and will point you in the right direction. This shop was a favourite of my late Partner Steve, he would stay chatting to the owner whenever the opportunity allowed , & he had several pairs of handmade Chuckle Shoes; which he absolutely adored!

This business have has my wife's boots in for repair since March (paid at the time) . As of September she is still waiting for them to be finished. Even allowing for lockdown this is ridiculous. After several attempts to chase them up she was told she could have them back half-finished and find someone else to complete the work, or just keep waiting. So not just terrible at providing a service but rude with it. Definitely not recommended!

I'm delighted with my new handmade shoes... I have never worn shoes that are instantly as comfortable as these!! I try to go barefoot as much as I can, but when I need to wear shoes, these are just perfect. The soles have plenty of grip and the shoes are totally comfortable when worn with, or as I do, without socks These shoes are beautifully made and will last for years!! I Highly recommend Chuckle Shoes

We took my 96 Year old mum with ‘interesting’ feet and received personal service from Barry and his assistant that was 2nd to none. Her shoes already feel like slippers she says and wishes she had been to Chuckles years ago. We will be back! Thank you so so much. Thank
