When we got cancelled from are Cruise Exeter high street staff where fantastic very helpful and understanding
Just back from Australia. Holiday organised by Seth - Exeter High Street Branch. He worked hard to find best deal and airport, made considerable savings. Itinerary, connections and accommodation all worked out perfectly. Thanks Seth will be back for next holiday.
I spoke to Darren over the phone when I was having problems online booking my partners surprise trip to Las Vegas, he was extremely helpfully and explained that there was an issue with the flights on the booking. While he was looking into the issue he offered to call me back so I wasn't hanging around on the phone and called back within 30mins.
As the return flight I wanted were unavailable he offered a few alternatives. He also made notes of my partner's birthday and how old he would be. When I received the paperwork through the post he had put the information in a plain envelope to keep the surprise for me.

Booked a holiday with tui over the phone and asked for the receipt to be posted and they refused because they had no stamps and couldn't email it either !! Such poor customer service, never again with tui !
