Carly from TUI Exeter store was amazing!! For those saying TUI are not helping with the Thomas Cook drama couldn’t be further from the truth! Carly spent 3 hours with us searching for a new holiday and listened to our needs and budget and she didn’t give up! Customer service was impeccable from start to finish

I love this company and airline! I have never had a problem with them, and I have used them many times. Every holiday I have had with TUI has been a complete success: from booking the holiday right through to the departure home. This includes the advisors, flight, cabin crew, TUI Representatives, accommodation and excursions on offer. Even when TUI were Thomson / Britannia Airways back in the 70s-90s, they were great then. I always looked forward to my holidays with them because we always got we paid for and more in some respects.

We booked a holiday to lanzarote. Expecting sunny days and getting a suntan, in fact we we found that every day the sun was dimmed by the so called condensation from the airlines flying over. In fact the whole sky became a white out where it actually turned quite cold. It never used to be like this. All I see now is the airlines flying over even in exeter and blocking the whole sky of blue skies. I was informed it was geoengineering the skies. It seems like its perfect for the airlines to fly and take your hard earned cash and to take your sun at the same time. Sure the tv advertising board in the shop window even shows trails to normalise the public to think this is the new norm. I won't be flying again thanks to the blue skies being taken away from us. Seems like there is quite a few hundred thousand people saying the same thing on the internet.

I will never book a holiday with this company again. Some of the staff in here need to go and do a course on how you treat customers. Misralble and rude!
