So I'm a tenant of a local estate agents who use this company and I had no say or notice that these guys would be round cleaning. They arrived around 7.40am and were immediately incredibly noisy, having no respect for the tenants sleeping inside. They were running up and down the stairs with heavy shoes, talking loudly to each other outside people's rooms. This happened during a strict lockdown by the government so they shouldn't have been here anyway. I also don't think they were wearing face masks, but I'm not 100% sure about that.
Friendly, professional, thorough and honest. Couldn't be more pleased.

recently had our living room carpet cleaned by ALS cleaning services , and oh my gosh I didn't realize it was so bad until they started to clean it , extremely happy with the outcome looks as if it's brand new again and smells great. Very friendly , professional and efficient... Will certainly be having our stairs and landing done in the new year. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Brilliant service. Machines seem so much more efficient than other companies I have used as they do a much better job in half the time. Very good prices and a nice pair of lads who run the company. Couldn't recommend highly enough
