Always a problem and told to wait days for prescriptions to be dispensed. The customer service is beyond poor, they expect the customer to be well informed about their internal practices and the general availability of certain drugs. I will drive miles in future to not be treated this badly and will be raising the issues with Lloyds Head Office.
The customer assistant is very friendly but this is a terribly-run and totally inefficient pharmacy. You have to wait several working days for standard medication which is otherwise available immediately over the pharmacy counter anywhere else. Literally every single time I go in there is a problem or a delay and I am instructed not to wait but go away again and come back, I've had enough and will be taking my scripts and custom elsewhere.

The staff are friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. They address you politely, personally, give good advice and on several occasions over the years have gone beyond the call of duty to help. Couldn’t ask for a better local chemist.
Went mid day for them to tell me they hadn't got my medicine as it hadn't been unloaded from the lorry, waited around all day for them to then tell me they didn't have it with members of staff being useless with no help or guidance to what I should do next. Working 40+ hours a week this is the only day I was able to be in for a medication that's pretty basic. The staff basically put there hands up and said what can we do about it with no apology.
