The most horrible service from staff I have experienced. All I asked for was a receipt at the end which lead to being accused of not paying. Mistakes in their end should never to taken out on customers. It was chaos, wish I had never entered the place.
We had a wonderful experience at the Castle Inn in Lydford this weekend. We sat outside and found the online ordering system was very easy to access. We were served by a lovely girl called Laura who was really friendly and knowledgeable about the food and also the local area. The bar staff are really enthusiastic too and they have a cute pub cat called Ghideon.
