Social distancing in place. Staff wear masks & gloves, customers must wear masks.
Usual Costa coffee, quality and taste good every time. I added a chocolate puff star to eat. 😋
I downloaded the NHS Track & Trace App & tried to scan the code available throughout the cafe but they didn't work! I asked a staff member, was told the one on the outside door worked - it didn't!
Disappointed in this Costa, as we are in a medium risk area where Covid Cases have been found. The cafe was busy and most tables full, so safety is paramount for staff & customers!

Highly Recommended
This place is actually very nice compared to other Costa outlets. It is spotlessly clean and not at all run down like some. The coffee is basically Costa coffee so you know what that's like. The only downside is the setting which is a retail park and therefore dull and soul destroying.
Shop has lots of space to queue away from the door & speedy service. Would have liked a cake/coffee combo deal but none available.
10/10 for these guys keeping open for take away and doing all they can to protect us during lockdown. Had to travel for work a few times, so was greatful to find somewhere open to grab a coffee.
