Perfect example of a Starbucks. This is a bright and airy space, social distancing is enforced and the cleanliness levels are really high. The staff are lovely and seem to be working as a really good team right from opening. Absolutely a lovely space, and the staff are lovely. Drinks are exactly the same each time, meaning that the staff have been well trained, uniformly. A pleasure to come here.

Great new addition to Castlepoint, makes a change to the two Costa Coffee shops! Staff were a little bit slow to serve and make coffees on my first visit but I guess it may just be teething issues as it’s a brand new store. Really modern and newly furnished, Plenty of seating inside and coffee really hot and tasted great as expected.
