Good service as always. Even though it was busy they didn't let their high standards of customer service slide. Very welcoming and a nice environment for a coffee after a bit of shopping 😉
Wouldnt go here again as there wasn't any protection against Covid at all.no staff were wearing masks. Our table was dirty so we had to clean it ourself. There were no toilet rolls in the toilets but a roll was left on a table outside presumably to share between 2 toilets.
The staff were under pressure so I suppose they did their best under the circumstances. The coffee was quite nice but I hated the paper cups. Perhaps they had to use disposable ones because of the pandemic.
Good selection of food for a small outlet at the back of Waterstones. Super friendly staff. Only down side is that, due to covid, most tables are set up for 2 people so our family of 4 had to sit in two groups.
Dark! At the back of the bookshop. But the coffee is good☕
It's good for coffee and a snack but it's very pricey so watch out!
