Tasty tapas, chicken and much more. Delicious mulled cider. We had takeaway but the inside space looked good. The cocktails sound good; I was sorry not to try one.

Very spacious and accommodating. Food and service was decent without being exceptional. Update 23/08/2020: An incredibly disappointing experience. We waited 45 minutes for food (two chicken burgers), which were both dry, small and flavourless. The waitress accidentally spilled sauce on one of the plates so took it away and said she'd order another. I had to find her five minutes later to say that we weren't prepared to wait another 45 mins for another dry burger, so she received the original plate for us. Nothing about today's experience was good.

Always enjoy visiting one of the Lounges - good quality, reasonably priced selection of food and drink and good service, even during Covid, where ordering is essentially via their app. Lost 1 star for something really silly ... I don't like it when food is served in a pot, like tiny portions of chips - in this case, it's baked beans ... I could have let it go, but there is no excuse at all for the kitchen to send out a small pot of cold beans!

Ludo Southbourne is just the best. Staff are amazing friendly and make you feel at home. The manager is so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. As a key worker, due to the current pandemic, it's extremly important that the environment is as clean and as safe as is as possible. I have always found this to be the case, even when it's busy, the staff get to it ASAP. Therefore, the previous review regarding cleanliness I find very hard to believe, so I would disregard it! The food is excellent, well cooked and presented, Tapas Tuesday is a must. I have x2 teenagers who feel extremely comfortable and welcome, including our dog Jack. Many thanks again and see you soon

Amazing place for food and drinks. Food menu varied and fantastic value. Staff are friendly and helpful. Really impressed.
