Made a booking on the Thursday for the Saturday and was called at 7.45pm on Friday evening to tell me no car was available and no alternative offered, making it impossible to find an alternative at this time of day and completely upending our weekend plans. Apparently this was due to the system not showing the booking until then, but this is of no use to me as a customer. Extremely unimpressed and would advise double triple confirming if you take the risk of booking with them. Disappointed as we've used them before and had good service but will go elsewhere in future.

Perfect. They collected me from the station. The car was all ready to go. On return same efficient, charming service. They dropped me back to the station right away. (I'll add this: You get a clue just listening to staff talking while you wait. The lady managing the office was highly customer care focused I thought. Great place.) AND....it's right next to a petrol station so easy to refill the tank on return.

Booked a vehicle here but not used this branch yet, my late friend always used them, see how it goes next week use their services. Never had a problem with their Parkstone Branch but they relocated it.

Great service very happy with it, quick to... A lot of info to take in at the first but it's important to know especially if it's your first time taking out a rental?! The extra Insurance is there for your peace of mind it wasn't forced on me in anyway. But I took it as I had the vehicle for 4 days, you never one. I will be renting again in the near future, hopefully not a Renault next time lol Thanks again Enterprise/Enterprise Charminster Bournemouth for your service.
