There are some nice people that work here, but there are also some very unfriendly & rude people, one of which I encountered tonight. Completely killed my good vibes tonight by a staff member who was obviously taking out his bad day on customers. Patronising, rude, rushed me on, thought I was some kind of idiot.

I wanted to use my reward points therecto get some free fuel, but i could not. Cos the shop assistant told my this app is not installed. But i could get the points, when i paid with my money. Never gonna go back, and i'll tell this story to my friends, to saved them from this situation... This is the shell's shame

Shell never make me remove my motorbike helmet, thus stopping it being damaged in store. Very clever shell. Also it's nice to feel that as a biker I'm not being discriminated against. The reason why I like this shell is because it's uncluttered. Lots of petrol stations have so much variety it makes the shop interior look cluttered and it can be hard to find what you're looking for.
