Very poor customer service. I ordered an item 20 days ago and am having to keep chasing them to find out where it is as I have still not received it yet. The website states fast delivery. Well that has not been my experience. When I've spoken to them, I'm fobbed off with some story about a confusion as to whether I was going to collect the item. If I was going to collect it, I woudn't have paid £6 for delivery.
Not a good experience at all.
